Ilana Muhlstein, MS, RD

Ilana Muhlstein, MS, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, and bestselling author of You Can Drop It! is the creator of the 2B Mindset weight-loss program. Ilana has lost more than 100 pounds—and kept it off!—using the program she created. She's also helped thousands of other people lose weight through her private practice in Beverly Hills and a clinic at UCLA. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Maryland and her Master's degree in Applied Nutrition from Northeastern University. She sits on the prestigious Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association, and has been lecturing for the Bruin Health Improvement Program at UCLA since 2013. Ilana is also a contributing writer for publications such asSELFand theJournal of Obesity. She has been featured in the洛杉矶安吉拉s Times, The Washington Post, Health, Reader's Digest, Shape,andWomen's Health. Ilana lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Noah, and two children, Olivia and Julian.
